Shipping Policy

At GIRLFRNDS, we're excited for you to receive your WLW apparel! Because each item is made to order, our shipping process involves a few key steps to ensure quality and precision.

1. Production Time (Processing Time)

This is the time it takes to create your custom item before it's shipped. Production times can vary based on the product type and current order volume.

  • Average Production Time:

    • Apparel (T-shirts, Hoodies, etc.): Typically 3-7 business days

  • Please Note:
    • Production times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.


2. Shipping Time (Transit Time)

This is the time it takes for your order to reach you once it has completed production and left our facility.

  • Domestic Shipping (within United States):
    • Standard Shipping: Typically 3-14 business days after production.
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard International Shipping: Typically 7-21 business days after production, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during international shipping.

 

3. Total Delivery Time Estimate

To get an estimate of when your order will arrive, combine the production time with the shipping time:

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

  • Example: For a domestic apparel order with standard shipping, you can expect delivery within 6-21 business days (3-7 days production + 3-14 days shipping).

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected.

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $75. Free shipping applies to transit time after production is complete.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear. Tracking activity may be limited early in transit and will update as your order moves closer to delivery.

 

6. Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items within the same order may be fulfilled and shipped separately to ensure the most efficient delivery. If this happens, you may receive multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.

 

7. Undeliverable Packages & Address Errors

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, re-shipping fees may apply.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

 

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact support@girlfrnds.com within 7 days of the delivery date or the expected delivery date. We’ll work with our fulfillment partners to investigate and assist.
