Final Sale Items

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or untracked returns.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@girlfrnds.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions, including the appropriate return address.

  3. Ship Your Return: Securely package the item and ship it using a trackable method.

  4. Send Tracking Info: Email your tracking number to support@girlfrnds.com so we can monitor the return.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
